Why we exist
We equip the health and social care workforce with practical knowledge, safe care skills and the values that person-centred care actually requires. Not theory for a folder — behaviour that holds up on a busy shift.
We combine clinical expertise, lived experience, inclusive teaching and real care-sector knowledge to turn learners into a workforce that is safe, compassionate, confident and fit for purpose.
As a Black-led training provider with lived experience of cultural transition and professional healthcare expertise, we teach UK expectations clearly — and we teach them with respect.
Vision, mission & motto
To be a trusted UK health and social care training provider, known for turning culturally diverse workforces into confident, competent and compassionate care professionals.
To provide practical, inclusive, compliance-focused training that improves safety, dignity, accountability and person-centred care.
Transforming care through knowledge, compassion and excellence.
Six values, and what each one means in practice
Compassion
Care delivered with empathy, kindness, dignity and respect — every shift, not just on inspection day.
Integrity
Honesty, accountability, confidentiality and ethical practice, taught as non-negotiable.
Excellence
High standards in clinical and care-sector education, reviewed and improved every cycle.
Service
Learners, providers and the people receiving care sit at the centre of every decision.
Transformation
Continuous growth, professional confidence and measurably better care outcomes.
Inclusion
Respect for culture, identity, experience and learning needs — alongside clear UK care expectations.
Lived insight and professional credibility, in the same room
| Strength | What it means for you |
|---|---|

| Clinical credibility | Led by experienced health professionals with knowledge of clinical governance, safety and care quality. |
| Practical delivery | Sessions built around real care scenarios, your service's risks and day-to-day staff behaviour. |
| Inclusive approach | We hold clear professional standards without shaming learners for what they were never taught. |
| Compliance focus | Content aligned to UK health and social care expectations, CQC principles and recognised best practice. |
How we assure quality
- Course design — mapped to relevant legislation, sector guidance and provider need.
- Trainer competence — delivered by skilled trainers with real subject knowledge.
- Learner assessment — knowledge checks, practical observation and competency confirmation.
- Evaluation — learner and provider feedback feeds directly into the next delivery.
- Records — attendance, assessment outcomes and certificates held securely.
- Review cycle — materials reviewed regularly, and sooner when guidance changes.
Our CQC position, stated plainly
TransformCare operates as an education and training provider only. We do not deliver activities that require registration with the Care Quality Commission — no personal care, nursing, treatment, diagnosis, clinical assessment or accommodation with care.
Registration is therefore not required for our provision. We still design and deliver every course in alignment with CQC expectations, Skills for Care guidance, relevant legislation and recognised sector best practice.
